A: Moderate watermelon aroma, followed by a light lacto tanginess.
A: Golden color, totally clear, with a thin, uniform head with adequate retention.
T: Moderate watermelon that tastes almost candied upfront, followed by light doughy notes and a moderate lacto sourness.
M: Medium bodied with moderately high carbonation.
O: Alright; the watermelon aroma is pretty fragrant. However, the taste is somewhat candied and coupled with the moderately high carbonation, takes away from the lacto sourness.
