Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Green Session. Aroma has dark roasted malts and some dark chocolate. Taste is sweet and syrupy with chocolate pralines and bitter cacao finish. Dry and hoppy finish.

Imperial stout fermented with Arizona Wildflower honey, then aged in bourbon barrels that most recently held Superstition Meadery mead. Super sweet when cold. Smooths out as it warms and the chocolate comes forward.
