Clear pale gold with a short white head that I'm surprised to see fizzle out immediately to a barely sparkling surface.
Aroma contains hints of banana while taste adds a little green grape and floral bitterness. Overall semisweet, though, it's lightly bready of dinner rolls before a touch of zucchini bread comes out on the exhale.
Very, very light, yet not watery, it just doesn't seem fully carbonated, though it does finish paper dry.
An odd combination of attributes for the style.

I’ve only had a few beers from Bottle Logic so far, but this one is by far the simplest, most straightforward one, just their take on a Mexican Lager. I don’t have too much more to say about it so let’s just dive right in
Pours a clear yellow gold with 2 fingers of soapy white head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves minimal lacing
The nose isn’t all that impressive, but I don’t really have any complaints. I’m picking up on aromas of lime zest, crackery malt, toasted grain, lemon zest, sweet honey, grass, and light floral hops
It unfortunately goes into a sweeter territory in taste, but it’s still decent. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting doughy malt, sweet honey, lemon zest, floral hops, pear skin, and light grass. The swallow brings notes of doughy malt, raw grain, sweet honey, orange zest, floral hops, and grass
A light medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a slick beer. Finishes neutral but sweet
I don’t love this one but it’s fine. My first Bottle Logic beer that I’m slightly disappointed in
