cognac barrels are absolutely my favorite barrel

Poured from draft at Bottle Logic. Nose is caramel, bourbon, some dark fruit, and marshmallow. Taste is chocolate, raspberry, toffee, bourbon, and some nuts. Mouthfeel was thick and full-bodied. Overall, this is a really nice BA barleywine, although there are some that are better.
