People of Earth, we've got a real jam 'goin down in our next StasisProject release: SpaceJam! This 13.99% ABV Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout is an interdimensional showdown between our heralded SpaceTrace BBA Coconut Stout and fan-favorite JamTheRadar BBA Chocolate-Raspberry Truffle Stout. The beer tips off with an ACME bomb of coconut, cuts to an Ecuadorian cacao nib breakaway, then finishes with an electrifying dunk of black and red raspberries.
All references to the 1996 cinematic masterpiece aside, this concept sprang from a WeekOfLogic fan-cuvée back in 2017. We loved it then, and now three years later we're utterly blown away by the distinct moments of coconut, chocolate, and raspberry you'll find as the beer transitions from Space Trace to Jam the Radar on the palate.

Poured at 54°. Black with ruby edges; flecks of coconut floaties; dark brown head fizzled out quickly leaving a small island of micro dots, a solid ring and a few spots of lace; thick legs on swirl. Strong raspberry nose; bourbon and coconut as beer warmed. Sweet raspberry preserves, chocolate and coconut; bourbon in background; sweet berries finish. Medium plus full body; not adjuncty; moderate minus carbonation; some mouth warmth from 13.5% abv. Overall, delicious and well balanced between the three main flavors; coconut compliments the chocolate and berries sweetness, all of which are present and accounted for in equal measure.

I have come to a conclusion about barrel aged programs: Revolution and Anchorage make the best “normal” ones, while Prairie, Cycle, and these guys make the best ones with adjuncts. This one is missing a strong enough chocolate presence to make it a great Neapolitan stout, but otherwise it is really good. Not thick or oily, pleasant alcohol presence, really flavorful and well balanced. Excellent beer.

Welcome to the space jam where this beer does its thing! Pitch black pour with a brow head. Smells of raspberry with bakers chocolate, coconut, with bourbon backing. Taste is the same plus light dark wood barrel but more muddled in flavor. Feel is boozy and thick but not heavy, smooth but barrel character is light. The wife liked it

Enjoyed November 2021 and the bottle I had was not infected as some of these seem to have been. Typical delicious Bottle Logic BA stout.
