Traditional German-Style Festbier built on Barke Pils, Vienna, Munich 1, Caramunich, and Acidulated malts and hopped with Magnum, Tettnang, and Mittelfruh hops. Malty sweetness with a hint of toast met by a soft, balanced bitterness.

Pours a clear medium gold with good clarity. Slightly off-white, short-lived head. Aroma is doughy, semi-sweet malt. Very clean, straight-forward aroma. On the tongue the malt dominates (as it should). Faint floral notes lurking in the background, but certainly not dominant. Crisp & clean. Medium bodied, smooth and easy going down. Good festbier.
