Lovely big pile of foam in the fat Stout glass. The beer itself is hazy greyish yellow. The first thing you notice is the sugar. With the bitter aftertaste, it's not exactly a winner. However there is plenty of fruit and a noticeable absence of the gunky acidity. The aroma is fruity alright, but defies description.

Tastes of orange marmalade and taffy with green tea for a bit of bittering. Overall this is a different sort of New England style. Quite sippabe though astoundingly sweet. From the 16 oz can purchased from Blind Lady Alehouse. Not dated.

A collaboration with Equilibrium (NY). Cool graphics on the label. One can limit bought at Giant's Liquors. Onset of pour reveals aromas of white grapes, lychee, and white peaches. Somewhat reminds me of Anna by Hill Farmstead, though not a close match. Healthy white foam on the pour over a murky body. Easily crushable with a light acidity and creamy body, Taste is mild pear. Low IBUs I assume. The thing about this beer that gives it an overall nudge to a 4.25 rating for me is how smooth the experience is. There is no off-putting aftertaste, nor weakness is the performance. It is not bland, nor highly charged in hop character.
