Our fan-favorite Hazy Peach IPA levels up to a formidable 8.8% ABV in #FuzzierLogic. Built on a base of Pure Idaho, White Wheat, Dextra Pils, Unmalted Wheat, and Flaked Oat malts. Hopped with Mosaic and El Dorado hops, then fermented with white and yellow peaches!

16 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Purchased at the brewery end of April. Pours opaquely hazy golden orange/amber color with a 1 finger dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing and moderate streaming carbonation. Aromas and flavors of big juicy peaches, apricot, fruit fuzz/skin, red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, pineapple, pear, red apple, mango, passion fruit, papaya, honeydew melon, blueberry, guava, citrus peel/zest, pepper, pine, wheat, white bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, spicy bitterness; and slight fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Medium-plus carbonation and medium-full body; very creamy/bready malts, some sticky hops, and light resins in the mouthfeel. Slight fruit tang/acids maybe. Lightly increasing lingering bitter dryness, no cloying/astringency. Dangerously smooth/soft, mild increasing warmth of 8.8%. The Mosaic and El Dorado hops worked perfectly with the peaches: tons of stone fruit, but also nice citrus and tropical complexity. Plenty of real fresh fruit presence as well, very juicy on hop flavors; just a slight amount of dank/earthy notes. Loved it. Glad I got a 4 pack at the brewery.

Pours a murky hazy orange/yellow with a nice fluffy white head. Normal good hazy fruity notes tropical, citrus but with big peach notes. The wheat and oats make for a good solid malt base that's not only fruity but got a desent hop bite to it. Mouthfeel is big medium chewy nice body. Overall a good hazy IPA with some extra juicy peach notes.
