Pours a clear yellow with adequate foam in the thistle glass. Hugely aromatic with citrus and resins. Moderate spritz on the tongue and quite acidic. Moderately sweet and full of citrus. Serious bitter aftertaste.
Mosaic and Idaho 7 are suppposed to be the major hops. Taste and aftertaste is all grapefruit and pith. All hops all the time for those who like the endless grapefruit. From the 16 oz can purchased at the big box. No apparent dating.
