A brilliantly clear, light yellow, traditional Czech style pilsner showcasing Weyerman Pilsner, Caramunich, and acidulated malts with the bitter, floral bite of Saaz hops. Pristinely crisp and clean with a light body and smooth finish.

A slight head, maybe a half a finger, but I may have messed up the pour. Surprisingly cloudy for a pils ... in fact, let's just get this out of the way. This is an light IPA ... it's a 5% hopped pils, that is super drinkable, but it's not czech-style. Like at all.
It's supremely drinkable, and I ... am gonna go out on a limb here ... love this beer! But if you're expecting a czech-style pils, that's not this. This is a lightly hopped pilsner with a beautiful mouthfeel that should probably be one of the beers that kicks the night off. But giving it the czech-style label means it will probably be a closing-time beer, and that's a shame.
For a pilsner it has a a really nice body that holds up through the whole sip and leaves a nice fruity taste on the palette while not hammering you over the head with fruit the way an IPA generally would.
Please try this beer, and do it early in the night, not as a way to fill out time before the candles burn low!
(ps., the label on the can could use some better descriptions of what is going on here ... there's hops, I know there's hops, just lemme know what I'm drinking :D )

Super murky goldenrod pour, white head. Aromas of grain, crisp malts, clementine, lemon juice, big cracker, and grassy hops. Taste is simpler: grapefruit pith, lemon, grassy hops, grainy yeast with cracker malt. Feel is crisp, sharp with graininess, moderately bitter for style but full in the medium body

Soft, pale yellow body, clear; good carbonation; nice sized head, white, dense and semi-creamy texture. Very mild malt nose; light cereal grain note; a touch of floral and herbal qualities. Well-rounded flavor; a touch of biscuit taste with a balanced counterpoint of slightly herbal hop flavor with mild bitterness. Medium body; moderate residual sugar presence; mild sweetness with a slightly dry edge on the finish.
The brewery created a nicely balanced and decently complex beer. Perhaps a bit understated yet meets the style qualities overall.
Pouring temperature: 40 °F; canning info: n/a
