Partially hazy maize with a tall puffy off-white head dying to a fuzzy uneven blanket and doily collar leaving sparse spots of lace.
Very much nearer to a New England IPA than your classic, typical APA, this fairly juicy yet dankly spicy quaffer has a mild yet sweet shortbread malt that emulates a touch of whip cream over zesty citrus. Some peppery aspirin, though tolerable, does accent the background.
The medium-light body has an airy froth and finishes lightly chewy dry.
