Poured at fridge temp. Pours a dark brown with a reddish hint. Almost no head. The nose is full of nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, toffee, and brandy.
The taste is like Christmas. Cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, coriander, bread, Christmas cake, brandy, maraschino cherries, apple pie. Lovely.

This was an odd one... caught a whiff of the apples as soon as i gave the cap a little pry... poured into sampler snifter with a minimal head buildup... surface remains flat as it breathes in the open air... color was a murky copper/ruddy-brown sort of hue... nose is dominantly apples & spices like cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg... meeting the tongue is an incredibly sweet mélange of apples, said spices, getting some strong coconut coming through... swallows unbearably sweet and on the sticky side, i don't even think common ciders are at this degree of sweetness (guess that's the ingredient lactose sugars coming into play).
Nice for experience's sake, but finishing off this 500ml is gonna be a slow go. (and i'm too proud to drain-pour)

Bottle Logic. Apple. Mulling Spices. Capital Letters. All Good?
We pour & it is reddish. And wow, the smell, it’s like mulled apple cider wafting up from the burners of the stove. Nice.
Mulled Memories doesn’t taste like beer. At. All. The apple is strong here. Apple core, apple skin, & plenty of apple flesh that’s been doused in apple brandy. Sorry, soaked. So easy to sip.
Cool. Love when genres are mixed like a bad 80s dance night. Really good…beer?

They claim it's a Golden Ale, but the color is deep red, and considering the high ABV, calling it a Strong Ale is more apt.
The beer's flavor is overflowing with apple--it smells like apple sauce and tastes like apple cobbler, and has no hop bitterness. It's a great easy-going beer that I think newcomers will enjoy. (It's only short of a perfect score because I think calling it a "Golden Ale" is false advertising.)

An interesting beer. Cloudy with brown/tan hues. Very apple forward on the nose and tongue. Boozy and sweet with a slight tang from the mulled spices. Surprisingly lighter to medium bodied, a mouth watering finish. Reminds me of boozy apple cider.
