Bourbon barrel-aged donut imperial stout
Stroll right into a donut shop in our outrageous pastry collaboration with Odd By Nature! Finite Universe is soft and silky with all that glorious powdered sugar frosting sweetness right at the tip of the tongue and an unmistakeable mid-palate hit of the 600 giant cake donuts it was finished through. It all comes full circle (or full torus) with a bold roast to balance the palate with an almost coffee-like bitterness.

poured from a 500mL bottle into a TG DBA tumbler. pours a goopy dark brown but settles in the glass a shiny black with a thick brown foam collar. rich chocolate, bourbon, fruity sprinkles on the nose. taste mostly follows. rich chocolate backed with bourbon barrel and even richer donut sprinkles/frosting. thick and full mouthfeel. really creamy. this was good. maybe a tad sweet but an interesting concept nonetheless.

Pours black. Aroma is chocolate, bourbon, donuts with hints of vanilla. Taste follows nose -- nice chocolate, bourbon, donuts, vanilla & caramel. Full bodied. Really good stout.

Slate black body, one finger of dark brown foam. Bourbon barrel captures donuts, baker's chocolate, and vanilla in the nose. Taste replaces vanilla with molasses and caramel. This is exactly what it is supposed to be, sweetness adds up but it should, well done. Stunned barrel doesn’t smoother the donuts honestly. Feel is warm, malty, creamy, and full bodied. great dessert stout with a unique adjunct
