Poured at fridge temp. Pours a super thick black with minimal head. The nose is cinnamon, pecans, vanilla, chocolate, and bourbon. The taste is fantastic. The cinnamon is prominent and really nice. Vanilla, chocolate, bourbon, light caramel, coffee, maple syrup, cake batter, and pecans. Lovely. The mouthfeel is thick and creamy. Overall, a huge winner for me. Not too sweet at all. Nicely balanced, with good use of the adjuncts.

500ml capped bottle into a Side Project snifter.
Pours thick and super dense. Oily, thick legs. No head or lace. Almost chunky. Nose is chocolate, cinnamon, molasses, and a bit of baking spice. Sweet. Rich. Beer opens cinnamon, graham cracker, chocolate, and brown sugar. Rich caramel and barrel notes in the middle while the sweet potato sweetness peaks it's head in right at the finish. It's more prominent in the aftertaste. Body is full with low carbonation. Slick and full on the palate and goes down rich and boozy with a long, lingering aftertaste.
Solid though I wish the ube flavor was as present as the sweetness here.
