Bourbon Barrel Aged Madagascar Vanilla Imperial Stout finished with maple Syrup • 14% ABV • Hundreds of gallons of Coombs Family Farms' Grade A—Dark Robust Vermont maple syrup ooze through this first-time variant. Deep maple richness and caramelized sugar enhance the base stout’s creamy vanilla and rich chocolate complexities.

On tap at Bottle Logic.
Pours straight black with the darkest head I think I've ever seen on a beer.
Big maple, chocolate and oak on the nose.
Pure unadulterated maple brownie batter flavor explosion.
A bit too thick and, forgive me, syrupy for my tastes, but other than being under attenuated it's incredible and delicious.

This is a beautiful, dark black beverage with a very thick (not long lasting) dark tan head.
The smell is bourbon, maple, molasses and some chocolate too. It smells like dessert in your glass.
The taste is as it smells - a dessert in your glass. Boozy, sweet, and delicious. This was served on tap in an 11 oz tulip, whereas I think a 5 oz taster would have been sufficient. The sweetness comes-on heavier as you enjoy the drink, but became too much for me about halfway through.
The mouthfeel is great - thick, and a little syrupy, but not too much. It's how I anticipated this beverage to feel, even just a bit chewy as the beer warmed.
Overall, a very nice rendition of a maple infused stout. I found it to be sweeter than Founders' CBS which is my guiding light for this style. It is definitely well worth a try in a smaller serving, if you can find it.
