Woah. I cracked open the can and took a sip. Fruity, sweet hops. Not just fruity and sweet, they taste quite exotic. The carbonation is fairly high and helps the bitterness come through. Light cracker malt complimented with weird, zesty, hops. I think this is an excellent pilsner. In their description they describe themselves as a new zealand pilsner? I don’t know what it is, but it’s intresting and tasty. Not particularly bitter, but not sweet in a boring way. Sweet in a hoppy way.

This is not hoppy or crisp like you would expect a hoppy pilsner to be. It tastes like a bready German pils

Poured at fridge temp. Pours a very clear yellow with minimal head. The nose is citrus, hops, malts, bread, a hint of ginger, clove, and melon.
The taste is really nice. Smooth and crisp. A bit of sea air in the taste (salty). Lemon, malts, biscuits, pine tree, slight grapefruit peel, mint, clove, and a touch of leather.
Mouthfeel is light and dry. very enjoyable.
