Look: Strong malty aromas featuring toffee as the strongest malt.
Smell: There are some raspberry and bourbon elements in support. There are dark fruits in support well in the background.
Taste: It has strong toffee flavors with the raspberry being stronger in the flavor than in the aroma. There are bourbon elements in support with dark fruits mixed in the background with a combination of raisins and plum.
Feel: It has a full body with strong alcohol warming. It also has a touch of sweetness in the finish.
Overall, it’s a quite enjoyable well crafted beer with plenty of flavor.

Poured at fridge temp. Pours a dark brown with minimal head. The nose is raspberry, cream cheese, oak, and a bit of toffee.
The taste is exactly as described. Wow. Definitely getting the cream cheese on the taste. This just seems wrong for a barleywine, but if this is what you were hoping for it's definitely right there. Raspberry, vanilla, blueberry, and some chocolate.
Really nice overall. Definitely a lot of raspberry and cream cheese. Odd, but definitely fits perfectly within the description.

On tap. Caramel ruby color. No head. Clear.
Fairly sweet. The raspberries show nicely. Not super tart. Pastry inspired. Lots of oak, caramel, vanilla, toffee. Plums, molasses, figs. Bourbon, chewy oak, tobacco.
Very enjoyable. Strong, warming, flavorful, unique.
