Had this on tap from Bottle Logic; this one is refreshing and a perfect accompaniment to the smash burger and fries I had from the local Viking Food Truck parked in front of the brewery. Summer doesn't end until later in the year here in Southern California, and this beer was like a sweet, final huzzah to welcome the autumn season and cooler weather. The huckleberry note is wonderful, it reminds me of gummy bears, but it's balanced and still allows the base 714 to shine without being overbearing. It's not as sweet as I was expecting, which made it refreshingly satisfying. I think the huckleberry aroma was stronger than the flavor, which is not necessarily a bad thing, since again, you can also taste the 714 base!
I expected a bit more purple color to the body, but the huckleberry does add a tinge of darkness to the overall brew. Not nearly as purple as some of Brew Logic's other offerings, but I think if it were, the flavors wouldn't be so balanced. Overall, a fun and tasty treat for summer and the beginning of autumn
EDIT: It's noticeably more sour from the can; I'd rather enjoy it from the tap if possible
