A light and crisp golden ale with a hint of sweetness from the use of corn in the mash. Lightly hopped with Saaz hops grown at Hop Head Farms in Hickory Corners, MI. This beer is named after our head brewer’s wife, who helped create the recipe years ago on a kitchen stovetop.
