A: copper orange hue with abut a finger of head with good retention.
S: malts and caramel sweetness. Kind of sweet.
T: good mix of bread malts floral hops with a distinct pear taste on the back.
M: fresh on tap medium bodied very peppy

This pours a dark caramel-malt color, like a dark tea. There’s a malty aroma, with some caramel and bready notes, and a light hopping. I found the malt caramel and a drying roastiness to dominate, with just a touch of hop bittering in contrast. A little too sweet for my tastes.
