Nice crisp pilsener, tons of hops but still faithful to the Euro originals. Clear and crisp, sweet malt in the aroma, hops come into play in the taste. Normal pils appearance, extra hops on the finish.

"Bohemian style pilsner with lemony Sorachi Ace hops 49 IBU 6% ABV"
Pours clear golden... Nice white head... spectacular lacing... Very pretty. Spot-on.
Nose shows a soft maltiness that is drowned out a bit by the hops.... The Sorachi Ace are actually pretty prevalent... the lemony aspect is a thinker, but never is out of place IMO.
Flavor shows a bit too much bitterness up front for a Bohemian pils and it seems a bit minerally... again, the SA hops add a distinct layer of complexity that I am digging. Very tasty and seems right on par for the PNW.
I would drink this again and again.
