Bottle from Albertsons. Nice wheat bouquet, soft golden pour, taste follows, pure bread, but finishes flat. Perhaps bottle is not fresh enough, but this was a huge letdown

On tap at the pub... Pours really clear for a witbier, but that is a minor complaint... Nice wheaty backbone with a floral note that combines well with a nice balanced coriander and orange peel. Well made, they have really dialed this down. Probably the best Witbier made in Boise IMO. No obvious flaws and very similar across the board to its continental brothers.

I most recently sampled this beer on 8/8/2014.
Appearance: Super light color, nearly clear as water.
Aroma: Sharp Belgian yeast, coriander, citrus, and sweet malt.
Taste: Belgian yeast, coriander, and a sharp bitterness for the style.
Overall: Although it had a lower IBU rating (16), bitterness seemed to stand out too much for me and my tasting companions.
