this series has really evolved a lot. its better now than ever, and this is definitely different than the raspberry version, the key lime brings a nice tangy summery refreshing layer to the flavor profile, but the beer is objectively a lot better than it used to be. i also like the raspberries coloring this one pink, it did not used to be that way in the raspberry version without the key lime. a nice flamingo pink shade to this now, fizzy but not holding much head from the tap. nose of tart raspberries, lemons, and limes, some light juicy fruity sweetness, almost kool aid style, but its all real natural too. the lactic souring is way better than it used to be, cleaner, brighter, with piquant acidity and no sweatiness to it at all. the raspberry is in front of the lime in the flavor but both are there and they go great together. its dry on the swallow, minimal on the grain side, and carbonated like a soda. a clean and refreshing sour here with a lot of compatible fruit flavor, this is night and day from the first time i had the raspberry edition, great working cleaning it up and improving it! these guys have really turned into a solid operation!
