had this in the can and its written "easy" not "ez" but i have to assume its the same beer. a clean, simple blonde type with just enough nuance to not be boring, but the name says it all, this is a no frills drinker for hot weather, and in that context i liked it quite well. been a long long time since i have had or seen anything new from edge, how are they doing anyway? this is blonde in color and carbonated enough. it has a light honey floral sweetness up front in the aroma, with a light noble hop thing that keeps it from being one dimensional. the flavor is pretty clean, nothing from the ferment at all which is a plus, and just a little bit of a crackery thing perhaps from pils malt lingering, some slight soapy character, a little spiciness and even lime zest from the hops, mild and all on the swallow, and a light but not watery body which prevents this from drinking cheap, good proportions then, and rather professionally executed. hard to get too jazzed up on something so basic, but they did a good job with this and i think it presents quite a bit better than some other local options playing in the same space. good work from edge on this, i will have to get back to the brewery sometime and check in again, its been years! good summer beer here, total crowd pleaser.

Taster at downtown beer fest. Pale golden pour with a moderate foamy head. Light grainy aroma, white bread. Taste is biscuit malts, grainy, mild seetness. Easy drink for sure
