12oz can with no visible date, bought at the brewery 7-26-19, opened 8-3-19.
1/4" white head recedes quickly. Straw gold, clean and clear. No lace.
Muted aroma, some honeyed malt and apple..
Honey, sweet malt - some bread and a hint of spicy, herbal hops.
Light bodied with medium carbonation. Starts sweet but finishes off dry.
Not a pilsner as listed here. More of an American Lager, either way a refreshing Summer crusher.

Golden, light bodied lager with mild carbination. There is a slight sweet aroma, which compliments the malt chatacter. A nutty note and touch of hop bitterness balance the creamy malt, making this a smooth, easy drinking brew.

Rabbit Hole calls this a Mexican Lager however there is no option for that style so I went with what most tasted like to me. El Conejo poured with a thick white head and is full of delightful flavor that would not over power a plate of tacos. This will make a great all day beer.

Brewery notes: Rabbit Hole Brewing’s El Conejo is a crisp pale Mexican lager which remains virtuous on the palate. The clean flavors are derived from a simple Pilsen malt profile, floral noble hops and a traditional lager yeast. Extended cold aging, or “lagering” lends a crisp, dry finish that makes this beer perfect on a hot summer day, night or just about any time. In fact, El Conejo has inspired us so that we suggest that you ‘SNARE THE HARE’ while you can.
