12oz can with no best by or canned on date. Bought at the brewery on 7-26-19, opened on 8-11-19.
Rapture Brown Ale brewed with Buon Giornio coffee.
1/4" off white head falls quickly to a cap. Dark brown perception, deep amber with good clarity when held to the light.
Earthy, cocoa, smoke, roasty and fruity coffee. Cigar box.
Good coffee flavor on top of the base beer. Good balance and not acrid or burnt but not coffee with cream either. Just quality coffee. Roasted malts, earthy, woodsy flavor.
Medium body, medium carbonation - feels like more than the base beer in each category. Lengthy dry cocoa powder and coffee finish.
Good, better than the base beer Rapture.
