Enjoyed this pour as part of a beer tasting through work. Nice 1-inch head in the glass after pour and SUPER hazy. I will say it seems like tossing Juicy on there is a lie, but not a bad lie. The sort of lie where someone who loves you and knows you wont drink anything that isn't a Juicy IPA whispers in your ear to get you to just taste the damn thing.
Mine came from the 2/14/23 run and I swear on Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, it had a very noticeable smoky flavor that rolled through a citrus front, to the point where I wondered if they just blended this with a low-quality scotch. It was that smokey. Others in our tasting didn't feel it as hard as me, so maybe there's something, as Lennon would say, crippled inside me, but I swear it was there.
All together, it's a nice IPA and deserves a taste. The smell was pretty generic IPA, but the taste was anything but. Some of my co-workers said it was their favorite IPA in a long time. That's not where it landed for me, but it is a solid IPA for sure.
