Chocolate garnet with sepia rim that webs. 3.75
Fascinating nose: kiwi, lime oil, and a bit of burnt sugar. 4.25
Some heavy malt syrup, a bit of black strap molasses and dates, an ashy hit, and honeydew, green oranges, grape, and gooseberry hops. 4.25
Brownie comeback and tight linger.
Light-medium, fizzy, some clingy, oily. 4
Galaxy, Horizon, Comet, Apollo
What are these hops?? Crazy fruit salad tastes just poke out (when warm) from layers of malt and char. Horizon (floral) and Comet (“wild” citrus) are both heavy on myrcene, which explains why this is so fragrant. The malts would ease off to better show off these interesting hops but this is still worthy. 4.25
