Appearance - Pours a straw gold with three fingers of foamy white head.
Smell - spicy (noble) and leafy hops, bready malts, lemon, orange, and yeast.
Taste - mild spicy (noble) and leafy hops followed by the bready malts, lemon, and orange, The yeast lingers.
Mouthfeel - Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes crisp and dry.
Overall - A refreshing brew that provides a nice showcase of the Kölsch style. Can't resist a label with a funny looking magpie on it.
