Hazy orange-copper color. Moderate flux of small to medium sized bubbles rising. Small head that reduced back to a skiff covering the top. No lacing.
Barnyard with a bit of malt in the scent. Swirling the glass changed the character of the barnyard and raised a more cereal malt scent.
Soft cereal malt flavor. Slightly tart. A mild barnyard joins in after a couple of seconds. Medium bitters take over in the midtaste. The aftertaste continues the barnyard and bitters, and has a brief spike of something citrus fruity.
Quickly foams up, tickling the tongue on the way. Turns into a foam with very large bubbles.
This is a decent beer except for the barnyard. There are promising hints of flavors poking up that are overwhelmed by the barnyard. I won't be getting this again until this current barnyard fad or infection has run its course.
