Dark pour, visible carbonation that generates a quickly dissipating foam.
Huge coconut smell - it's all you can feel when you smell, aside from a very slight hint of Brett.
The taste is also dominated by coconut, although it's not as sweet as the smell would suggest. Some coffee is present in the taste, but not a lot. There's also a hint of Brett, or else my senses are going crazy.
Overall, it could do with a little less carbonation to make for a better mouth-feel, but since this is a porter, I'm not going to hold that against it.

I just had the enormous pleasure of having a 'CC Porter" It has mild hints of coffee, and stronger of coconut. The bouquet is sublime, and this is one of the few drinks of any kind where the bouquet is as good as the flavor. Not too 'hoppy' very complex with a strong introduction and an incredibly smooth finish. Worth a trip to Holland to drink it.
