33cl bottle. Pale yellow, opaque but not hazy, with a thin white head that disappears quite quickly. Smells funky, somewhere between a saison and a lambic, with notes of lemon zest, pink grapefruit, fermented apples, barnyard. Acrid, with a bit of sweetness underneath.
