Served in a tulip glass from the bottle.
Appearance: Cloudy dark amber color with a tinted orange-white head coming off maybe a notch below a finger's length off the body. Body to the glass is thin and fades after two sips.
Smell: A light sweet pink grapefruit with a hardcore overdosed alcohol scent. It's a mix between like, love and huh?
Taste: Sweet, like a hard hint of rum sweet. Has tones of brown sugar and hard hit of hops which a touch under whelming.
Mouth: sticky icky finish and an after taste which just overwhelms the palates.
Overall: I am f'n shocked how good this beer was. Tasty and a beautiful palate crushing complexity which will remain with you till you say good night. Always in a glass and drink with respect. Salud!

triple icebock method treated IPA that imparts mainly the piney hop notes. Really bitter but kept in check by the caramel malts and of course the high alcoholic sweetness. Does not burn and remains really drinkable for the 21ABV! Of course such a beer is a bit gimmicky and nothing you would go for all the time, but it is almost flawlessly executed with just the slightest hint of acetone. Impressive.
