Definitely looks OK in the glass. Hazy gold, big head, heavy carbonation, but the head disappears completely after a short while.
Aromas of yeast and melon, perhaps not watermelon but honeydew at least; they’ve got to show up in the taste too, right?
Pretty muted flavors, in fact. Sort-of fruity, but drinkable thanks to the extra malt body. I was envisioning a watery, thin brew but this wasn’t that.
Overall a pleasant beer, but not my favorite style nor one I'd go in search of.
