Pours an opaque pale amber/orange colour; off white head leaves little cap, thin ring and sudsy lacing. Strong pineapple and orange juice nose. Intake is boozy citrus-orange, lemon, lime; pineapple; lite bitter fruit hops and semi sweet malt base. Grainy dry feel; moderate light carbonation; medium body; some astringency; some warmth from the 10% abv. Overall, I like boozy, but a bit too much alcohol in the bite; tons of juicy citrus flavors, however, I preferred the Big Fat 5 Anniversary as I found it better balanced and less phenolic.

Small sample from draught @ Beer Temple (where else?). Pours a light hazy golden yellow colour and a white head with some lacing. Aroma's: fruity and sweetish. Fruity sour, grapefruit and pineapple, sweetish and resinous retronasal. Flavour is moderate sweet, fruity, moderate bitter. MEdium bodied. Long finish, quite bitter.

The last of the biers I enjoyed at Arendsnest in Amsterdam during my visit on 17SEP19. A 0.25l draft pour cost me €5.50.
Poured a deep, clear, medium golden color. Had steady carbo, a frothy white head, and excellent lacework. Aroma? Citrus! Lots of rindy, pithy action inviting you in. Feel was fairly smooth, and the body was medium-plus - solid.
Flavor had loads of citrus, with grapefruit, pineapple, and some lemon-zest. It was quite rindy, pithy, with resiny pine. I really enjoyed this offering... Prosit!

Pours a cloudy, deep golden amber coloration with a small, fizzy head. Smells of sweet'ish biscuity malt and quite vibrant citrus/tropical notes of orange, tangerine, mango and papaya, with a little grass coming through as well. Taste is a good balance between sweet, biscuity malt and juicy citrus/tropical hops, with notes of orange, tangerine, mango, papaya and pineapple, as well as just a touch of grassy dankness and a certain booziness developing in the aftertaste. Finishes bittersweet, with a light bitterness and some citrus/tropical notes lingering in the aftertaste as well as a medium booziness developing. Smooth mouthfeel with a rich body and medium carbonation.
While I've had much worse, this still somewhat suffers from the typical deficiencies of a TIPA that is not exceptionally well done. Muddled, overripe hop notes, overly sweet and with a noticeable, somewhat sharp, booziness that develops in the aftertaste.
