Got this from the Duvel guy in Utrecht
From a 440ml can into a pint glass

New World Hopped NEIPA
APPEARANCE: Pours a small, medium looking, white head with okay retention. Perfectly clear straw yellow in color with lower levels in carbonation. Head recedes to faint wisp that clings to the glass. Slight wisp and ring remains leaving touches of lacing down the glass as it empties.
SMELL: Bold nose of melon, honeydew and mandarin aromas, with some hay and caramel character as well.
TASTE: Lots of caramel, melon, honeydew and mandarin up front, with notes of hay and some light bitterness at the swallow. Bold finish of melon, caramel, mandarin orange flavors, some hay, grass and a light bitterness lingers on the palate.
PALATE: Medium body and medium carbonation. Creamy on the palate, goes down fine and finishes a touch dry.
OVERALL: Good stuff. The galaxy hop is definitely unique, as it’s rather fruity and orange-like. Definitely up my alley. The base grain bill is fine, mostly just staying out of the way. Another solid Uiltje fresh brew, as they usually are. Cheers!
