Got this from the Duvel guy in Utrecht
From a 44cl can into a pint glass

NEIIPA
APPEARANCE: Pours a one finger, medium looking, creamy, slightly fluffy white head with great retention. Cloudy amber orange with no carbonation evident. Very opaque. Head recedes to a faint wisp and clings to the sides of the glass. A splotchy wisp remains until the end leaving touches of lacing down the glass as it empties.
SMELL: Juicy nose of mango, passion fruit, tangerine, pineapple and hints of orange on the nose. Like tropical fruit juice. Nice.
TASTE: Plenty of tropical fruits up front with mango, pineapple, tangerine and passion fruit all over this one. Notes of caramel sweetness as well. Bolder finish of tropical fruits, mango, passion fruit and pineapple, touches of hop bitterness and a hint of alcohol. Good stuff.
PALATE: Medium body and medium carbonation. Creamy enough, juicy, goes down smooth and finishes a bit dry on the palate. A bit of heat lingers.
OVERALL: This is great. Really, really good stuff and spot on in the New England style. This might be their best effort in this style. Cloudy, juicy, and lots of character. Uiltje has been dabbling in the NEIPA genera for quite a while now. Their efforts turn out to be enjoyable brews, but nothing has quite hit the mark in this style until this one. Excellent and highly enjoyable. Recommended.
