Copenhagen 8/11 2020. 33 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv. Cartoonish white birds conducting a visual acuity test with mixed results on the can.
Pours hazy, opaque, golden yellow with a midsized white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light, exotic, fruity odor mingling with citrus fruit. Mango and peach. Dry, austere citric odor of sour grape fruit.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, smooth yet tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong, tart, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is fruity and bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
