Visited Zurich for a short time and found Doppelleu. It's the high-end label of Chopfab beers. Found most of them at Beerplanet Lowe.

Golden Honey Ale is part of the Brewmaster Editions.

Pours amber-gold with a strong head which dissipates fairly quickly. Lots of bubbles.

Smells bready, with a little apple -- mostly it's the grain.

Taste is different from the smell. Taste is very sweet (beer is 8.0% ABV). Yeasty. Apple, pear. Ingredients are "wasser, gerstenmalz, blÜtenhonig, hopfen" which Google says is water, barley malt, blossom honey, hop.

Honey becomes more prevalent after more sips. It's very good, but maybe a little too sweet to deserve another bottle.
