syked to finally try something from this new brewery. Got a growler filled At ABC. It's frigen red color! WTF! Was not expecting that at all. Pours a cool very cloudy ruby red with 2 finger pink head. Slight carbonation. Looks so different. The smell is sour with raspberry. Not too strong smelling but I do smell sour fruit. Here we go a red Berliner Weisse. Wow this is very flavorful with nice tart and sour then raspberry finishing with a slight bubblegum sweetness. I'm pretty sure this is a raspberry Lambic if not then it's pretty much what it tastes like. What ever this is, it's great! I mean this is the perfect summer Florida beer especially for the ladies and at only 3.5% this can be enjoyed all day long. This should be canned. I will always get this beer when I see it. Great job SixTen, I'm syked to try more of your creations. 4.75

Smooth. Nutty. Light. Just the right amount of funk. Extremely sessionable.

Straw colored and cloudy. Mwhere foamy head. Smell is slightly tart, lacto, wheat. Taste is pleasant. Tart, light funk, lemon. Good mouthfeel, good carb. Solid beer. But nothing great.
