Appearance - Pours a hazy straw with two fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - earthy, leafy, and spicy hops, vinous aromas, white grape musk, funkiness, bready malts, lemon, hint of peach, and earthy yeast.
Taste - earthy, leafy, and spicy hops upfront. The vinous aromas, funkiness and white grape musk follow suit. The bready malts, hint of lemon, peach, and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation. Finishes tart with the vinous aromas and grape musk lingering.
Overall - An interesting concept that displays the elements of sour and a saison relatively well. However, the taste falls flat but the attempt was there. Sometimes this happens when you mix two different styles together.
