A- Very chill hazed light golden coloration with orange juice hues in the background....the head is super white and starts off thick, about 3 fingers of soapy foam, that dissipates fairly fast into a thick film over top the liquid. Carbonation appears to be crisp and fast, and the lacing is a nice solid layer that clings well around the inside of my glass! Decent looking overall!
S- Crisp blend of citrus hop, bread, yeast, dry grassy aromas, hints of vanilla, caramel malts, white chocolate, and unmalted barley kernels and a finish that is clean and slightly dry....overall a nice smelling beer! Off to a great start!
T- Flavors follow suit to the aromas well, with crisp dry grassy flavors, balanced by sweeter caramel malt, sourdough bread, fresh nutritional yeast, muted vanilla and citrus, mild floral....the finish is fresh and with just the right amount of hop bitterness....very nice!
M/O- The body of this one is medium-light and the carbonation, while zesty, is smooth all the same. This is a brew that is slammable.....super easy to drink! Cuts through fried appetizer style food like I had for supper this evening, leaving the palate feeling fresh.....a definite recommendation and I'll get this again!
