Farmhouse Golden Ale poured a solid yellow (more so than gold), with only a short foam head, which dissipated quickly, leaving a circle around the rim. It had a smooth mouthfeel. Bitter hops were noticeable on first sip. Minor notes of flora in the aroma, while the taste flavors included lemon (strong) and citrus (less so). Also had a somewhat metallic aftertaste, but that could've been the fault of a persistent ulcer I've had in the back of my throat for weeks. In any case, for a completely healthy person, this was a refreshing beer from first sip to last, but didn't leave a lasting impression by any means.
