Our Red IPA is piney, dank, and citrusy from massive amounts of dry hopping. The hops are accompanied by a solid malty backbone with toasty bready notes.

Pours a frothy foamy 1 finger head with moderate retention, whispy lacing, hazy pale orange color
Nose juicy tropical fruit and citrus, lots of orange juice, mango sorbet, juicy papaya, a mild sweet malt base, no extra chalky minerals or off characters, just nice
Taste brings lots more juicy hops, tropical and citrus up front, lots of juicy mango, orange cream, tangerine, mango sherbet, into melon, cantaloupe, honeydew, papaya, even a hint of grapefruit, mild creamy flaked proteins, not extra water chalky minerals, just the right balance, no green hop, well done again. Dry finish, more of all the fruits
Mouth is med bod, creamy soft and juicy, med carb
Overall this was quite nice, one of the best NEIPAs I've had in a while, great tropical fruits, citrus, melon, all the great hop characters without green spicy hop, and no extra chalky minerals, well done
