Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy bright yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of juicy hops notes with strong citrusy undertones with light mango notes also perceptible. Taste is a good mxi between some juicy hops notes with some citrusy undertones, some light mango notes, light residual sugar notes and no discernible bitterness. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. World-class NEIPA.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high white head that gradually died down, leaving lots of specks of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of stone fruit and pineapple are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of mangos, pineapple, and stone fruit with just a slight amount of bitterness. There are faint hints of alcohol in the finish.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a juicy and smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: In some aspects, this beer almost seems like an imperial version of a New England IPA if there was such a style (at least when the beer was first introduced).

the stronger ipa types in here started to taste a little sweet to me, in some cases it was the relative absence of bitterness, in others it was the oils and the alcohol mixing to create a perceived sweetness at the end, the fruitiness amplified, in this beer, it was both, which isnt a bad thing, just limits drinkability pretty significantly. a uniform pale haze to this one, not as bright as many of the others we had in this style family, but with an amazing nose and hop complexion overall, juicy as can be, pineapple like mosaic and meyer lemon and lemon curd like citra, even a mellony amarillo thing, although i got no confirmation on which hops are actually used in this, i just know its a lot of them! this smells lighter than it is once i start drinking it, quite a bit of structure and starch in the grain, and a ton of oils from the hops that make it heavy. mostly dry hopped, i get an almost candied thing, like a handful of fruit flavored jellybeans all at once, so many flavors that is runs into generic fruitiness. balanced to some extent even without bitterness which was impressive in a lot of the finback hoppy beers, but a little booziness is there as it warms up for sure. this is right on trend, more refined and higher quality than most, and should be appealing to anyone who has haze fever!

It's nice for a Finback but it finishes a little more aggressive and bittering than I would prefer. And it's not like a snappy crisp finish, more resinous. I prefer their milky ipas like social fabric and two regimes.

Still very solid but not their best if you prefer milder hops.

I first came to try this beer at Brewology in NY. Not many people in my circle have heard of this Queens based Brewery but it made a decent splash at a tasting party. A double IPA this is that IPA fans will enjoy. There is a fruity taste and a good mouthfeel. You will notice that plum come through the most, at least for me. The color is a nice straw-like blend. The malt and hops balance is noticeable. I am not a fan of IPAs but I found this to be a pleasant surprise.

The beer comes in a medium amber color.

The aroma sweet sugary malts and dank pine.

The flavor is herbaceous, dank throughout. Lingering earthy green flavors. A good balance between the sweet malts and resiny hops.
