On draft. A very interesting and refreshing beer. Looks like a typically blonde ale with a very thin head. The nose however comes across more like a sour ale (that's the brettanomyces, I'm guessing) plus a touch of the apricots from there barreling. And the flavor is a combination of the two, which I am really impressed by how they were able to balance that. To often a sour can go down too easily. Still easy to drink but the complexity makes it more suitable than Hillsdale culpable. Highly recommended.
