Nine tastes more like the NEIPA I'm on the never-ending hunt for. Might be the best one yet.

Traded for this not too long ago as the date on the bottom of the can was 5/19 with "N I N E" written above it. I had a few other beers in this series and though I skipped 008, every one that I sat down with here at home was nothing short of wonderful and among Finback's best. This fit that bill as well though it wasn't quite like the others. This almost felt like tea but without the overriding spice that I'm not terribly crazy about!
Really nice pour to this as the beer was golden, waxy, and topped off by a near-perfect head that took it's time to settle down. Not a lot of lacing left on the side of my pint glass but there were a few faint rings and scattered clumps throughout. Lots of passion fruit, white tea, and Galaxy in the nose with orange blossom sweetness (gosh, I miss Florida...) right behind it. The taste was wonderful - waxy, faint citrus, more passion fruit, and plenty of soft, appealing juice that only grew as this warmed. Nothing dank or artificial-feeling here and the bitterness was quite recessed too. A light amount of carbonation allowed for the fruit and hops to linger and in this case, that was a wonderful thing!
Where's the booze? I know this isn't a Wendy's commercial but that was my first question upon having this. It's so well hidden that it would be easy to have a whole bunch of these; until I hit the floor! Sticky and sweet, this was wonderful to have and was just light enough because of the apricot and white tea-like feel to it. Easily the best beer in the Oscillation series - my only beer (no pun intended) was that the label was the same for this as the others. It just needs to be changed up a bit, to be on par with everything else here. A must-have and easily worth it's rating on here!

Had on tap. Pours hazy, orange-yellow in color with 3/4 inch head. Taste is pineapple, juicy melon, and light orange. Slightly bitter, medium-light bodied, with medium-low carbonation. So far the Oscillation series has been nothing but excellent and this one is too. Finback makes some delicious ipas and this one is so incredibly well balanced. I will get this again.
