Bottle acquired from brewery on release day, poured into tulip.
L: Jet black, little to no foam on pour. Deep caramel head appears when swirled.
S: Butterscotch, Apple pie, toasted marshmallows, fresh lemonade, key lime pie, milk chocolate.
T: Lemon, Lime, Apple, Melon upfront balanced by the sweet and robust stout flavors at the tail end. Toasted marshmallows, chocolate, syrup.
F: Extremely refreshing while cold, reminds me of having fresh white wine on hot summer day. Light, fresh, crisp, smooth. Aftertaste is of all the good stout characteristics, very sweet, tangy, thicker, think maple syrup.
O: This is an amazing experience. When cold, this beer feels like a fresh white wine, but then turns into a stout in your mouth. Very pleasant and fresh, unlike any stout I've had. Reminds me of a double shot.
