Bottle acquired from brewery on release date, enjoyed shortly after in a snifter.
L: Beautiful caramel foam head that builds very tall above rim. Deep jet black, well blended, no sediment.
S: Sour grapes, chocolate, marshmallows, burnt sugar.
T: Fresh cherries, dark chocolate, cold brew coffee.
F: Medium bodied, acidic up front that is balanced by a deep and enjoyable malt base with chocolate, mocha, cherries.
O: This is a very serious stout. Cold it is a very enjoyable mix of fresh cherries covered in dark chocolate, but warms up into a very complex and balanced brew. Keep em' coming Finback!
