Pours black with a quarter inch thick khaki head and left spotty lacing. Smells and tastes of dark roasted malts, dark chocolate, coffee, dark fruits, booze, molasses and caramel. Full bodied, soft carbonation, creamy mouth feel, dry finish.

On-tap @ Astoria Bier and Cheese in Astoria, NY.
8 oz serving. Jet black in color and opaque with a dark tan head. Coffee, dark chocolate, heavily roasted malt, dark fruit, and strong hops make up both the aroma and flavor. Bitter and strong aftertaste with sweet malts to round it all out. Full bodied and silky with a hint of booze in the finish.
Near textbook Imperial Stout that let's the flavors of the ingredients shine without any additions or flavorings. Paired well with Cambozola cheese. A very impressive offering from Finback!
